Dave has 34 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience. His scope of responsibilities have included product development, market analysis, market development, national and international business to business sales as well as direct sales to corporate branded accounts. Using an intuitive approach he listens to the voice of the customer in order to provide solutions, value added products, and services to each business opportunity. Years of contract management allow Dave to anticipate problematic issues and offer solutions. Open communication, integrity, trust, and confidentiality represent his fundamentals in building successful business relationships. Attention to detail, schedules, and activity coordination assure that each project is managed according to plan. Dave works closely with Young Office resources in design, procurement, warehousing, project management, and installation to assure customer satisfaction. As a Hospitality Specialist at Young Office, Dave’s responsibility is to identify and work with owners and contractors in the hotel, restaurant, private student housing, and senior living markets to provide FF&E procurement and services. It is his responsibility to our clients to complete projects at or under budgetary guidelines while exceeding our customers’ expectations in product, quality, and service.
